	Walter O'Malley steps off the Dodger Convair airplane on his arrival to Los Angeles on October 23, 1957. Moments later, not only does the band play and O'Malley receives a huge welcome from Mayor Norris Poulson and L.A. City Councilwoman Rosalind Wyman, but the Dodger President also is served a summons to block the signed city agreement.
