Harold “Chad” McClellan was the lead negotiator assigned by the City and County of Los Angeles to close an agreement with the Dodgers to move west. McClellan was president and principal owner of Old Colony Paint Company. He served three years as the Under Secretary of Commerce for International Affairs for the Eisenhower Administration.
